About the Authors
Over the past five years, Tom & Helen Coronato
have negotiated a dozen real estate projects over
three states and have formed four Limited Liability
Companies to manage their diverse investment
properties. Projects include land acquisitions, commercial
businesses, residential rentals, and most recently, ownership in an internationally
franchised hotel chain. They employ property managers, piloted a vacation home
rental program, and participate in competitive web based advertising. Tom and
Helen split their time between New Jersey and Wyoming where they continue to
expand their investment portfolio.
